Randome record of interesting events today

So I called up my mentee's mum yesterday... I was a nervous wreck lah, almost fainted when she picked up the phone. But she's very friendly, also a bit talkative, haha. We discussed about my mentee's performance at school, the subjects she needs help etc. and I did a little self-intro. Anyway, that mentee of mine kept insisting that there will be mentoring sessions this week, but I am quite sure there won't be any. From now onwards I will be calling her mum up so that they will be clearer about the mentoring schedules.

PE today was surprisingly fun. We had to carry the 3kg medicine ball and do some stunts with it. Yeah, they are stunts to me. It's amazing how much we can use that ball to trian our arm muscles. Anyway, one of the things we did was to carry the ball for alternate 100 metres and run for a total of 800 metres. I've hardly suffered from any muscule aches from PE since a thousand years ago but this one managed to bless me with one. And we did this pass-over-the-head-and-under-the-legs thing. We had to stand back to back with a partner and do those passes with the medcine ball. I couldn't sop giggling hence I left the counting job to my partner, Jia. It's damn funny lah, knocking your head and your butt against your partner's while having to reach out for the ball since you really can't see a thing cos your back is facing your partner.

boo!
